High deductible health plans (HDHP)

Humana’s high deductible health plans feature low premiums and an integrated deductible for both medical and pharmacy costs. Clients can pair one of these plans with a health savings account (HSA) for solid coverage and greater value.

Personal Care Account plans

Clients can enjoy more control over healthcare costs and decisions with these low-premium, high-deductible offerings. Benefits include:

HMO, PPO, and POS plans

There are a variety of options for these plans that vary by area. Clients may be able to choose from the following: Humana/ChoiceCare® Network, our nationwide PPO network; National POS—Open Access, a network of providers that overlaps 95 percent with the Humana/ChoiceCare Network; and the high-performance network Humana PreferredSM. Among the highlights clients might be able to enjoy:
