It’s easy to access your loved one’s Humana information
Authorized caregivers of a Humana member can access the coverage, claims and benefit information of their friend or loved one by calling Humana Customer Care at 1-800-457-4708 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. During the period of Oct. 1 – Feb. 14, Customer Care is available 7 days a week, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Be sure to have your friend or loved one’s member ID ready so we can best assist you.
Those authorized caregivers who are also Humana members can access coverage, claims and benefit information for friends and loved ones online via the “Caregiving” section of your , opens new window page. If you haven’t already, register by signing in to your existing MyHumana account, click the “Caregiving” tab at the top and enter the information for the person you care for.
Get prescriptions organized
Consider using a pill organizer to make sure your loved one is taking his or her medicines at the right time.
