It can be harder to stay active through the cooler seasons. By joining a local sports league you’ll have the support of a team helping you stay active. As an added bonus, it’s fun and you can meet new people with similar interests! Join a league for a sport you’ve always loved, or try something new—all while earning Vitality Points. To earn Vitality Points your sports league needs to have a minimum of eight (8) games or matches to qualify as a single activity. Send us proof of participation, like a copy of the sports schedule or certificate of league participation, within 90 days of the leagues completion date to earn Vitality Points.
