Our communication policies
Humana will never contact a member and ask for financial information, like bank account numbers. Call the Customer Care number on the back of your member ID card if you receive any suspicious communications from individuals or companies claiming to be from Humana. Our Customer Care specialists can help you verify the legitimacy of the communication before you give out any information.
