Members do not have a copay for medical visits. Members only have a $3.40 copayment on covered medications.

Take your Humana insurance card with you to the pharmacy and all appointments.

Baby and Me meals

All pregnant female members

Up to 2 pre-cooked home-delivered meals per day for 10 weeks for pregnant members identified as having a high-risk pregnancy

Breast pump

All female members

Female members can receive 1 non-hospital grade breast pump every 2 years, or 1 rental of a hospital breast pump if your baby has an inpatient stay in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)

Car seat

All pregnant female members

All pregnant female members can get 1 convertible car seat, along with educational material for installation, for each infant, per pregnancy

Consent to participate and actively participate in HumanaBeginnings™ program, complete a comprehensive assessment, and complete 1 additional follow-up call within 56 days of enrollment with the program or identification of pregnancy

Cellphone services

All ages

Members have access to a free Tracfone through the federal program (*one per household)

Fresh fruits and vegetables

All members

Up to 4 boxes per year. Member must be identified as food insecure, diabetic, suffering from heart failure, or suffering from hypertension.

Housing assistance

18 years of age and older

Members who qualify may receive up to $750 per lifetime to help with the following housing expenses:

  • Apartment rent or mortgage payment (late payment notice required)
  • Utility payment for electric, water, gas, or internet (late payment notice required)
  • Trailer park and lot rent, if this is your permanent residence (late payment notice required)
  • Moving expenses via licensed moving company when transitioning from a public housing authority

Newborn circumcision

29 days old through 12 months

Covered in the hospital starting when the baby turns 29 days old through 12 months of life

$30 a quarter per member to use on the over-the-counter health and wellness items

Personal growth and development

18 years of age and under

Up to $250 reimbursement per member for youth programs annually

Post-discharge meals

All members

Up to 14 pre-cooked home-delivered meals for up to 14 days following discharge from an inpatient or residential facility. Limited to 4 discharges per year.

If you have been discharged from an inpatient or residential facility and have not been called to arrange delivery of meals, call Member Services at 866-432-0001 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Sports physical

Ages 6-18

1 sports physical per year

Complete a sports physical with doctor or other service provider

Tutoring

Members in kindergarten through 12th grade

Online tutoring services for 2 hours per week
