Members participating in the Insulin Savings Program may pay even lower copays for Select Insulins and the copay is the same for both vials and pens. The Insulin Savings Program is part of the Part D Senior Savings Model from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Select Insulins include all of the preferred insulins on Humana’s formulary, including rapid-acting, short-acting, intermediate-acting, and long-acting insulin vials and pens.
