How It Works

Login into the MyHealth App using your MyHumana member name and password. From the home screen, you can access great features like blood pressure and weight tracking, as well as view a list of your current medications. All the information you track is designed to be saved so you can easily share it with your doctor.

The app also lets you schedule reminders for taking your blood pressure, recording your weight, taking medications and scheduling a doctor’s appointment.

Follow the latest research and articles relevant to your health! From the app, you can browse or search Health Tips that will help you build healthy habits to reach your goals.
