The estimator tool provides a real-time estimate of a patient’s payment responsibility for professional services.


Learn how to submit referrals and authorization requests online, check the status of existing requests and update selected request types.

Claim tools and remittances

Learn how to review the status of your submitted medical claims and make corrections. You also will discover how to send attachments and view and download remittance advice documents.

Medical records management

Learn how to view your requests for medical records from selected Humana departments. The Medical Records Management (MRM) tool lets you manage, submit and close these requests.
