Humana Healthy Horizons® in Kentucky continues to monitor COVID-19 closely. To support you in the care of your patients, and to make working with us simpler, we have streamlined our processes related to COVID-19.

Medicaid public health emergency (PHE) unwinding information

On Jan. 30, 2023, the Biden administration announced that PHE is set to end on May 11, 2023. This announcement gave states 101 days to prepare for the PHE unwinding. Regardless of when this PHE ends, due to a new federal law, Kentucky will begin annual renewals in April 2023 and will continue renewals over 12 months.

Eligible enrollees can earn rewards for getting a COVID-19 vaccine

Enrollees 5 months old and older who enroll in Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons® can earn $25 in rewards after submitting proof of getting a COVID-19 vaccine.

To be eligible for this reward, enrollees must:

  • Register an account through Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons
  • Be completely vaccinated against COVID-19 (number of doses depends on person’s age)
  • Sign in to their Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons account
  • Upload an image of their completed vaccination card
