Humana and Availity Portal

To access the most up-to-date tools for working with Humana online, please use Availity Portal. With Availity, you can:

  • Check patient eligibility and benefits
  • Submit or manage preauthorizations and referrals
  • Review claim status and remittance documents
  • Submit medical records
  • Manage overpayments
  • Sign up for electronic payments and remittance documents
  • Find Humana-specific apps, resources and news

You need only one user ID and password to work with Humana and other participating payers in your region, and there is no cost to register.

How to get started

To request an Availity Portal username and access to specific tools, contact your organization’s Availity administrator.

If you do not know who your Availity administrator is, call Availity Client Services at 1-800-AVAILITY (1-800-282-4548) Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time.

If your organization does not have an account and you are designated as your organization’s administrator, use the online registration form, opens new window to set up your account.
