North Carolina state retirees are moving to Humana PPO plan Jan. 1.
Medicare‐eligible retirees of North Carolina State Health Plan will move to the Humana Medicare (Group) Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan for their healthcare coverage, effective Jan. 1, 2021.
Contracted healthcare providers with the Humana Medicare Advantage PPO plan will receive the contracted rate for services rendered. If you have questions about your Humana contract, please contact your local contracting representative.
