Clinical Intake Team (CIT): For medical service preauthorization requests and notification
Medication Intake Team: For preauthorization of medication supplied and administered in a physician’s office and billed as a medical claim (Part B for Medicare)
Humana Clinical Pharmacy Review: For medication prior authorization, step therapy, quantity limits and medication exceptions
