Supplier registration

Suppliers who want to become part of the Humana team may register online. We encourage minority-owned, women-owned, LGBT-owned, disability-owned, veteran-owned and small businesses to apply.

What to expect during registration

1. Submit your registration form.

Submit the supplier registration form. You'll receive an email from "Workflow Mailer (OAPHR)." This email will contain your username and password. Access your new profile by signing in to the Humana supplier portal.

2. Upload diversity certifications.

Once you have access to your profile, upload certification documentation through the Humana supplier portal. Visit our supplier diversity program page for a list of certification requirements.

3. Receive notification.

If Humana identifies a match between your products and services and our needs, we will contact you. Look for an email in your inbox or feel free to contact us at 800-486-2620 (TTY: 711).

Update your profile

If you are a supplier who has already completed the registration process, update your profile by signing in to the Humana supplier portal.

We recommend updating your supplier profile information once a year or when your company's status changes.

Having trouble signing in?

Email  supplierprofilemanager@humana.com to retrieve your username or password.

NOTE: Humana maintains your company's information in our supplier database. All information you provide is confidential. Inclusion in our database does not guarantee your company will be awarded contracts with Humana.
