Get screened: Next time you visit the doctor, ask about getting screened for certain diseases and conditions, including high blood pressure and high cholesterol. You’ll earn 400 Vitality Points by completing each of these tests.

Prevent the flu: Back to school means back to congested, germ-filled hallways. Schedule a flu shot for your kids so they avoid getting sick at the start of the school year. Kids can earn 100 Vitality Points by getting flu immunizations.
Get certified: Learn the skills you’ll need to quickly and effectively respond to emergency situations. By getting certification in CPR or first-aid, you can earn 125 Vitality Points.
