How this plan works:

This plan is a dental discount program, but not dental insurance. As a member, you are entitled to discounts for preventive, basic and major services.

You can use as many services as you would like each year. Simply pay out of pocket for any dental care, but at a discounted member rate. This dental savings plan may be a good option for individuals who require dental work that may exceed their regular annual insurance limits.

Annual membership fees:

Single individual: $49.92
Family: $69.96

This plan will require a 1-year contract.

Because this is a dental savings program, and not an insurance plan, there is no limit on the number of services you can use each year.

Extensive dental network: Save more on basic and major services by choosing from more than 105,000 dentist locations nationwide in the HumanaDental^® preferred provider organization (PPO) network. You can visit Humana.com to find a participating specialist.
Preventive services: Save 20–40% on services such as exams and cleanings when you use a dentist in our network.
Basic services: Fillings, extracts and X-rays have discounted fees when you use a dentist in our network.
Major services: Root canals, crowns and dentures have discounted fees when you use a dentist in our network.
Orthodontics: Receive up to a 20% discount when you visit an orthodontist from the HumanaDental PPO network and ask for a discount.
