• Up to 3 routine cleanings per plan year*
• Up to 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings
• Options for extended and unlimited annual maximums†
• Teledentistry services to help with urgent and emergency dental care‡
• Oral cancer screenings (members age 40+)

You can choose a buy-up option to cover periodontics and endodontics for your employees (and their covered family members) as a basic service.

* Employees who participate in Go365® can earn points for routine exams.

† Extended and unlimited maximums are not available on all plans.

‡ Teledentistry services not available in all states or for DHMO and discount plans.

With Traditional Preferred, employees have the freedom to choose any dentist they want and get services at our pre-negotiated rates when they stay in network.
