We understand that employees may need additional resources and someone who is there to answer questions throughout the recovery period. After-care follow-up support provides that needed helping hand.

How it works

We provide telephone support to members for 30 days following discharge from inpatient care. This helps to ensure they understand and are able to comply with post-discharge treatment.

Calls from our team help members make their follow-up appointments with providers, connect them with community support groups, and encourage them to get prescriptions filled and adhere to the recommended dosage.
