The HumanaAccess® Card is a key element of Humana's Personal Care Accounts (PCA), Health Savings Account (HSA), and healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
The card is a Visa® debit card that gives employees an easy, convenient way to access healthcare funds. When they receive your HumanaAccess Card in the mail, be sure they sign the back and call the toll-free activation number right away so the card is ready to go when needed.
If they get more than one card, they only need to activate one for both to work. By activating the card, they accept the terms and conditions outlined in the cardholder agreement.
Please note: Over-the-counter (OTC) medications such as pain relievers, cough syrup, and allergy medicines require a prescription to be eligible for reimbursement from an FSA or PCA. The HumanaAccess Card cannot be used to purchase OTC medications.
