Medicare Part D resources for business

Employers who offer health plans with prescription drug coverage are required (each year by October 15) to inform and advise Medicare-eligible employees as to whether their current prescription drug plan is “Creditable” or “Non-Creditable” with Medicare Part D.

Please note: Colorado defines a small group employer as a company with 100 or fewer employees, and large group employers as a company with 101 or more employees.
