How do I find my benefit information?

Your benefit information is in your Plan benefits. Sign in to MyHumana  and we’ll take you to your Plan benefits.  

How do I update my address, account or profile?

Visit Account Settings to view or change your account information. Under the Account menu, you can also access your communication preferences and ID cards. Sign in to MyHumana  and we’ll take you to your Account Settings.

How do I get my ID card and know my plan start date?

Within 10 business days of enrollment, you can view, print, email or order your ID card in the ID Card Center or MyHumana Mobile app. Your plan start date is on the front of your ID card.

How do I find my claim status or authorization?

How do I know if my prescriptions are covered and find a pharmacy near me?

How do I find a doctor or dentist near me?

You can find in-network doctors and dentists near you with our FindCare tool . You can also sign in to MyHumana  and we’ll show you options close to your ZIP code.
