Make a one-time payment, check payment details or set up automatic payments. Bill payment in MyHumana is only available to primary subscribers.

Medicare members Individual and family members

Pay by mail

Mail the payment and the coupon book slip to the address on the slip, using the return envelope provided. Be sure to write your Humana member ID on the check. The Humana member ID number can be found on your Humana member ID card or invoice. Ensure that your payment by check or money order is postmarked by the payment due date to avoid cancellation or termination.

Pay by phone

Call our Customer Care department at the number listed on the back of your Humana member ID card, and we’ll be happy to accept your payment over the phone.

Pay by mail

Mail a check or money order to the billing address on your invoice along with the paper coupon. Be sure to write your Humana member ID on the check. This can be found on your Humana member ID card or invoice.

Pay in cash

Make your monthly payment with cash through a bill-pay service available in some states. If this option is available to you, you’ll see a barcode on your invoice with instructions on how to use this service. There is no cost for the service. Bring your paper invoice to any CVS or Dollar General store, and pay at the register with cash, credit or debit card.

Pay by phone

Call our automated payment line at 1-800-558-2813 (TTY: 711) to make a credit card, debit card or check payment or to set up recurring payments.
