Humana's Medicare plans give you access to pharmacy mail-order delivery service like Humana Pharmacy®*. Humana Pharmacy offers convenience and accuracy, but other pharmacies are available in our network as well.

Too busy to visit your pharmacy every month? Humana Pharmacy offers convenience by shipping medicines to your door.

With Humana Pharmacy, you can:

  • Fill prescriptions for maintenance medications 3 months at a time.
  • Receive most medications 7 to 10 days after you place your Humana Pharmacy order, and in 5 to 7 days for a refill.
  • Talk directly to a pharmacist.
  • Have pharmacists review each new prescription.

Use mail delivery pharmacies

Mail delivery pharmacies like Humana Pharmacy make it easy to manage your medications by offering:

  • Convenience – You may be eligible to receive a 3-month supply of maintenance medication with each order, so you only need to refill 4 times a year.
  • Guidance – Speak directly with a pharmacist or pharmacy technician about your medications.
  • Service & accuracy – Humana Pharmacy pharmacists independently review each new prescription for accuracy and possible drug interactions. Humana Pharmacy foil-sealed containers add safety and security.

1*Pharmacy® mail delivery shipments for new prescriptions are typically received within 7-10 days from the date of your order and in 5-7 days for a refill.   • The pharmacy network used for Humana’s stand-alone prescription drug plans offers limited access to pharmacies with preferred cost sharing in urban areas of AL, CA, CT, DC, DE, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV; suburban areas of AZ, CA, CT, DE, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, ND, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, PR, RI, VT, WA, WV; and rural areas of AK, IA, MN, MT, ND, NE, SD, VT, WY. There are an extremely limited number of preferred cost share pharmacies in urban areas in the following states: DE, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, ND, NY, OH, SC, and VT; suburban areas of: MT and ND; and rural areas of: ND. The lower costs advertised in our plan materials for these pharmacies may not be available at the pharmacy you use.
