This unified approach ensures elements required of healthcare providers are universal among the MCOs. All MCOs will offer training throughout the year to ensure providers stay current on updates and revisions made in the Provider Quality Monitoring Tool.
During the training sessions, providers can ask questions about the updates and revisions. Although different MCOs offer the training session, the information provided is applicable to all MCOs. You do not have to be contracted with the hosting MCO to attend the training.
