Workforce Development Program
| Up to $200 per year to help pay for a professional certification or license, or work clothing or gear for members 18 and older who take part in Humana’s Workforce Development program

Youth Tutoring Grades K-5
| 1 hour of online tutoring sessions up to 20 times per year for members ages 5-11 in grades K-5.

Youth Tutoring Grades 6-12
| 1 hour online tutoring sessions up to 20 times per year for members ages 11-18 in grades 6-12, as well as ACT/SAT test preparation.

Home-Based Asthma and Lead Interventions
| Asthmatic members in our Care Management or Disease Management programs can receive an allowance up to $200 per year for allergen free bedding and/or an air purifier.
Pregnant members and members ages 0-12 who reside in designated high-risk ZIP codes for lead exposure are eligible to receive a water filter at no cost. This benefit is provided to help reduce potential lead exposure in household water. Eligibility is determined based on ZIP code risk assessments.
Care Manager approval required.

Transition Assistance into Community Living
| Up to $5,000 per lifetime to help cover costs of moving from a long-term care facility into a new home, allowed cost includes deposits, furniture, supplies and moving costs for members 18 and older.
