Using your Humana Spending Account Card

Once you receive your Humana Spending Account Card in the mail, you must activate it before you can use it. Visit Healthy Benefits +™ or call 855-396-0691 (TTY: 711). You can also view your current balance and find participating retailers.

Does your Humana Medicare Advantage plan include a Healthy Options, over-the-counter (OTC) or Flex allowance?

If so, your spending allowances will automatically be loaded onto your Humana Spending Account Card. This card can hold multiple allowances and may be used just like a debit card to pay for eligible goods and services.

Allowances help stretch your budget

Humana Medicare Advantage plans may offer 1 or more allowances for everyday health and wellness on the Humana Spending Account Card. These allowance types and amounts vary by plan and location. If your plan includes multiple allowances, your allowances cannot be combined. Limitations and restrictions may apply.

Healthy Options allowance

Get help paying for eligible groceries, over-the-counter (OTC) health and wellness products, utilities, rent, pet supplies and more.
