Humana Preventive Plus dental plan details

Preventive services covered 100%. This includes services such as exams and cleanings. There is no waiting period for these services.

Basic services covered 50% in-network. This includes services such as fillings, extractions and X-rays. Coverage is available for these services after 6 months.

Discounts may be offered on major services in-network. This includes services such as root canals, crowns and dentures. There is no waiting period for these services.

This plan is available in Alabama, Arizona, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, North Dakota, New Jersey, South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, Western Virginia and Wyoming.
