- $0 Tier 1 and 2 copays at CenterWell Pharmacy® mail-order
- $2,400 maximum out-of-pocket costs, after which your plan will pay 100% for covered drugs for the rest of the plan year
- $0 for Part D adult vaccines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices
- Preferred retail pharmacies such as Albertson’s, Walmart, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Sam’s Club (no membership required), Publix, H-E-B and Costco, and the mail-order pharmacy CenterWell
