The Humana Premier Rx Plan™ is designed for consumers seeking broad drug coverage and peace of mind. It includes:

  • $0 deductible
  • $0 Tier 1 copays at preferred pharmacies
  • $0 Tier 1 and 2 copays at CenterWell Pharmacy®
  • Elimination of the coverage gap (donut hole)
  • $2,100 maximum out-of-pocket costs, after which your plan will pay 100% for covered drugs for the rest of the plan year
  • $0 for adult vaccines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices
  • Preferred retail pharmacies such as Albertson’s, Walmart, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Sam’s Club (no membership required), Publix, H-E-B and Costco, and the mail-order pharmacy CenterWell Pharmacy ®.
