Humana’s Dual-Eligible Outreach Team

Depending on your income and assets, you may qualify for a Medicare Savings Program in your state. Our team can help you find out if you’re eligible for a Medicare Savings Program or “Extra Help”. Mail order pharmacy

Using a mail-delivery pharmacy like CenterWell Pharmacy^® may help you save money with lower copays on 90-day supplies of most medications. And you’ll save time with fewer trips to the pharmacy. Other pharmacies are available in our network. Only available for CenterWell Pharmacy customers.

Our team of knowledgeable pharmacy technicians can help you find out if you’re eligible for drug manufacturers patient assistance programs or non-profit foundation funding for brand name medications. Drug Manufacturers Patient Assistance Programs—Drug manufacturers may provide patient assistance programs for brand name medications for members who need help paying for their medication(s) after insurance. If determined eligible you’ll receive your medication at no cost for the remaining calendar year. A few examples that the Maximize Your Benefits Resource Specialist Program can help determine if you’re eligible and help you sign up for are:

A payment plan might help you manage your expenses, but they do not save you money or lower your drug costs.

Medicare Prescription Payment Plan

The Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P) is an optional program that can help you manage your prescription payments. With this program:

Costs for your covered Part D prescriptions are spread out over the plan year.
You pay $0 at the pharmacy when you fill new or existing covered Part D prescriptions.
You’ll receive a monthly bill from Humana with the amount you owe, your due date, and instructions on how to make a payment.

CenterWell Pharmacy® Afterpay
