Hearing services for Healthy Horizons members

Services provided for Healthy Horizons members in Virginia include:

• One assessment for hearing aids every three years
• One hearing aid per ear every three years
• Two hearing aid fitting visits every three years
• Up to 60 batteries per hearing aid each year
