New member resources
Get ready to renew your Medicaid coverage
Illinois is checking to make sure you are still eligible for Medicaid coverage. To ensure a review of your Medicaid coverage, please update your information with the state
- Visit
and select “Manage My Case.”abe.illinois.gov - Verify your mailing address under “Contact Us.”
- Locate your due date (the “redetermination” date) in your “Benefit Details.” You can opt-in for text and email alerts about your renewal date. Select the “Account Management” tab under “Manage your communications preferences.”
Everyone’s renewal date is different, so it is critical that you get ready to renew.
You will receive renewal information in the mail about 1 month before your renewal date. Please complete and return it right away.

Statewide coverage
Humana Gold Plus Integrated is available statewide in Illinois. This expansion means that all Illinois residents who are eligible to receive Medicare and Medicaid coverage and benefits can enroll in our health plan.
All health plan materials are available in alternative formats, including large print, Braille, and audio. To receive any plan material in an alternative format, please call Customer Care at 800-787-3311 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Central time.
Behavioral health resources
We partner with Carelon Behavioral Health to help provider integrated behavioral health services, such as:
- Psychiatric services
- Rehabilitation
- Select “Illinois” as state
- Select “Humana Gold Plus Integrated” as your health plan
MyHumana
MyHumana is our secure member portal. After you create an account, you have 24/7 access to your personal information, and you can:
- Check the status of your claims
- Choose if you want us to send you information via email or in the mail
- Find in-network doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and urgent care centers
- View your coverage and benefits details

Go365 by Humana
You can use your MyHumana account information to access your Go365® by Humana account. For many members, Go365 by Humana makes it fun and easier to reach health goals and thrive. Earn rewards when you complete healthy activities.

Transportation
Free transportation is available for members who need to fill a prescription or get medical supplies, equipment, or other pharmacy-related items after a doctor’s visit. To set up this type of transportation, call Customer Care at 800-787-3311 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Central time.
If you need a ride to a healthcare appointment that is not an emergency, call 855-253-6867 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central time.
