Mail-order pharmacy services

Humana Healthy Horizons in Louisiana enrollees have a $25 per month allowance to spend on over-the-counter (OTC) health and wellness items from CenterWell Pharmacy™. These OTC items will be sent by UPS, FedEx, or USPS and will be delivered in 10–14 working days after the order is made. There is no charge to you for shipping.
