You will receive all SoonerSelect dental benefits from a separate dental plan that you choose. Your choices are DentaQuest at 833-479-0687 and LIBERTY Dental at 888-700-1093. Humana will provide transportation to your dental appointments. For more details about transportation, please refer to the Transportation section within the Member Handbook .

Dental services, except for Dental Related Emergency Services in the inpatient, outpatient and ambulatory surgery center settings, will be reimbursed by Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) outside of Humana’s capitation and delivered through the SoonerSelect dental program.
