Oral health is an important part of your overall health. Please take a moment to read or call for more information about these valuable service provided to you.
You will receive all SoonerSelect dental benefits from a separate dental plan that you choose. Your choices are DentaQuest at 833-479-0687 and LIBERTY Dental at 888-700-1093. Humana will provide transportation to your dental appointments. For more details about transportation, please refer to the Transportation section within this handbook.
Dental services, except for Dental Related Emergency Services in the inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory surgery center settings, will be reimbursed by OHCA outside of Humana’s capitation and delivered through the SoonerSelect Dental program.
