Welcome to Humana Healthy Horizons in Oklahoma. Our members get access to medical, hearing and vision coverage; behavioral health services and extra benefits. Our members must get these services from providers and facilities in our Humana network.
The only time you can get care from providers who are not in our network is for:
- Emergency services
- Any out-of-network provider that we approve you seeing
If you are transitioning to SoonerSelect, we will provide Continuity of Care for a period of 90 days from your enrollment. This means that during the ninety (90) Day Continuity of Care Period, Prior Authorizations, care plans, current services, and Provider relationships can remain in place, without concern that providers are not currently Participating Providers.
