This members-only resource gives you secure access to your specific plan details.
Use your smart phone, computer or tablet to view your plan documents, check the status of a claim and track your healthcare spending.
Not all features apply to all members, but this demo will give you an idea of some of the features you may see when signing up.
The first time you sign in, you'll be asked to set up your communication preferences to tell us how you would like us to stay in touch: by email, text or mail.
You can choose to get some of your related plan documents online instead of receiving paper copies in the mail.
When you choose electronic communications, we will send you an email when you have new information available to view in your MyHumana account. This helps make it easy to access all of your information in one place.
You can change your preferences at any time from the Account & Settings page.
On the home page, the MyHumana dashboard provides an overview of your current plans, recent claims, and your MyHumana account information.
If you have prescription drug coverage, use the Pharmacy tab to easily access your plan benefit information. You can also find your mail-order information, if this option is included in your plan.
If you are a Go365™ wellness and rewards program member, you can select the Go365 tab to access the site. You can also get to Go365 at any time by selecting the Go365 icon at the top of your MyHumana dashboard.
Personalize and verify your account information by selecting the Account & Settings menu on the top corner of the page. If you have adult dependents on your plan, you can set up access for them to view the health information in your MyHumana account by visiting the Manage access section on the Accounts & settings page.
In the Coverage, Claims and Spending section, the Coverage and Benefits page shows you who’s covered under your plan, details about your coverage and benefits, and much more.
There is an overview of your copayments, deductibles and limits on out-of-pocket costs. If your plan has a deductible, the Deductibles and Maximums page provides a detailed breakdown of your spending-to-date.
The MyHumana Claims page shows a snapshot of spending, the status of your claims and estimated payments.
For each month that you have a claim, you’ll receive a SmartSummary® statement that gives you a picture of your healthcare services and costs for that month.
You can request to get your SmartSummary statements online instead of receiving them in the mail by visiting the communication preferences section.
Click further into Claims to see details, including the amount that’s applied toward your deductible, if you have one. You can even print individual claims, or export your claims to a spreadsheet.
If your plan allows you to have a spending account with Humana, you can track your spending account balance, too.
