Adult Protective Services (APS) serves as an access point for reporting abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of a person age 60 or older or adults with disabilities age 18–59.

Qualified mental health professionals can answer questions, assess your mental health, and provide and coordinate services as needed.

Care Coordination Units (CCUs)

CCUs serve as central access points for older adults who have intensive long-term care needs. If an older adult has a functional impairment(s) and needs housekeeping assistance, home-delivered meals, personal care, or other services, he or she could contact the nearest CCU. It may be located in a senior center or other social service agency. A care coordinator assesses the person’s needs, determines eligibility for various programs, develops a plan of care, and arranges for services.

Consumer Advisory Committee

As a member of our health plan, you may be invited to meet with your peers as part of a Consumer/Enrollee Advisory Committee. During our committee meeting, you can tell us how we can better serve you. Members are randomly invited to join. 

Committee meetings can be in-person and/or virtual community gatherings.  If invited, you may be called or mailed an invitation allowing you, your caregiver, or family member the chance to attend a community gathering. The gatherings will take place quarterly  for 1.5 - 2 hours. For in-person sessions, complimentary refreshments will be provided and transportation to and from the meeting is also available if needed. Specific meeting details will be provided in the mailed invitations. Your concerns will be heard. We really look forward to partnering with our members!
