Our Find Care service includes real-time information about doctors in our network. Search for doctors, specialists and practices in your area.
To find doctors accepting new patients, who speak your language and offer the services you need:
- Use our Find Care
opens in new window service - Sign in using your Medicaid ID, date of birth and ZIP code.
- If you are not yet a member, or do not wish to sign in, you can navigate to “Search as a guest” and enter your address, city, county or ZIP code.
- Select the type of care you’re looking for.
- Choose a medical network. Select "Humana Healthy Horizons in OK".
- Enter your search criteria.
