Community Advisory Committee
Humana Healthy Horizons launched the market’s Community Advisory Committee (CAC) in 2022. The goal of the CAC is to provide a space for members and community partners to meet and provide us feedback on our services and quality initiatives. This partnership helps Humana improve the quality of care our members receive. We invite you to participate in our next virtual meeting.

Support during disasters
We are here to support you during public health emergencies or disasters. We partner with organizations and agencies in Virginia to make sure our members have the support and resources they need, from access to healthy food to in-person and phone support from care managers.
