You can participate in Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons™, which lets you earn rewards for completing healthy activities.

Humana Healthy Horizons in Kentucky covers emergency transportation. Transportation to a nonemergent healthcare visit may be available from a transportation company. This is a service offered by Kentucky Medicaid.
You trust us with your healthcare—now trust us with your ideas! During the year, we hold virtual Listen and Learn sessions with our enrollees to find out how we’re doing. The enrollees who participate become part of our Quality Member Access Committee-Community Advisory Board (QMAC-CAB).
Our 2022 schedule is:
Thursday, June 16 – for enrollees in Regions 1, 2, and 4
Thursday, September 29 – for enrollees in Regions 6, 7, and 8
Thursday, November 17 – for all enrollees statewide
