You can participate in Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons^®, which lets you earn rewards for completing healthy activities.

Humana Healthy Horizons in Kentucky covers emergency transportation. Transportation to a nonemergent healthcare visit may be available from a transportation company. This is a service offered by Kentucky Medicaid.
