Everyone needs a little help sometime. Whether you need assistance from a loved one or you’re the one providing care, find the information and resources you need here.

What does a caregiver do?

Caregivers have an important role. They help loved ones maintain their health and well-being.

A caregiver may help with personal care, health and wellness, household chores, companionship and safety checks.

Caregivers can help you with these types of activities:

  • Staying in touch with loved ones
  • Managing finances
  • Traveling to and from appointments
  • Setting up a safe home
  • Shopping for groceries and cooking
  • Finding activities to do together

As a member, you can share access with a caregiver in different ways. This will give them access to your protected health information (PHI).

We will be holding Listen and Learn sessions throughout the year for enrollees like you to share your feedback with us on how we can make your experience with Humana better! This event is free to you and to thank you for your time you will receive a $40 gift card at the end of the session. Below is when and where we will hold our meetings:

During to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, future meetings likely will not be held in person but still will take place. We will update our website with information about these meetings as we know more.
