Our automated phone system may answer your call on Saturdays, Sundays, and some public holidays. This system will ask you to select the reason for your call, and we will call you back by the end of the next business day.

We designed our chronic condition management program to help you understand and manage your chronic condition and follow your doctor’s plan of care.
HumanaBeginnings
Pregnancy and parenthood comes with unique challenges. Taking care of yourself during a pregnancy will help your baby have a healthy start. That’s why we don’t just cover the basics; we support you every step of the way. We call that human care.
Baby well-being visit program
For enrollees 18 months and younger who have had Humana coverage since birth. Call Humana at 800-611-1467 (TTY: 711) to learn more and sign up.
Pediatric well-being visit program
For enrollees between the ages of 2 and 21. Call Humana at 800-611-1467 (TTY: 711) to learn more and sign up. You can sign up once per year.
Tobacco cessation program
Access to the Wellness Coaching Team using Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons® in Kentucky for participation in the tobacco- and vaping-cessation program.

Substance abuse program

Children’s program
We can refer you to children’s programs in your local area that help prevent health problems and give early healthcare services to families with children ages 0 to 5. We also work with your primary care provider to help keep your children healthy.
Domestic violence program
Your doctor should check for signs of domestic violence at your yearly visit. You can get educational information from your doctor.
Pregnancy prevention program
We can refer you to community-based pregnancy prevention programs that you can use, no matter your age, gender, pregnancy status, or parental consent.
Behavioral health services
When you or your family members need a place to turn for mental health and/or substance use issues, our behavioral health services can help. As your healthcare partner, we want to make sure you get the care you need to be healthy, so you can focus on the days ahead.

Complex care management services
Enrollees who have been in the hospital a lot or who have complex medical needs that require frequent, ongoing help may have the option to get complex care management services. Specially trained Humana nurses and care managers can:

Family-planning services
You can get family-planning services from your current doctor or from any doctor that offers family-planning services. You do not need approval ahead of time. For more information, call us at 800-444-9137 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Eastern time.

We track new medical research and use this information to help us decide to add benefits and services to your health plan. If you think a new medical technology or treatment might help you, call your primary care physician. He or she will work with us to see if it can help you and if we will cover it.
