MyHumana is our online portal for members to access personal and secure plan information. Register for a MyHumana account, download the app to your smartphone or tablet, and carry your health plan with you 24/7.

Creating and registering a MyHumana account

After enrolling in Humana Healthy Horizons®, to create and register a MyHumana account:

  • Go to the MyHumana registration webpage
  • Choose Medicaid as member type
  • Fill out member information (e.g., enrollee/member ID number, date of birth, ZIP code)
  • Select continue
  • Set up account information (e.g., enter email address, create a username and password, and choose a security question)
  • Select submit

We will send a confirmation email to the email address you entered when creating the account. To activate your MyHumana account, follow the instructions in the email to verify your email address.

You also can use your MyHumana username and password with Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons®, a wellness program that offers you the opportunity to earn rewards for taking healthy actions.

Creating and registering a MyHumana account for members under age 18

To set up a MyHumana account for members under age 18, call Member Services at the number on the back of your member ID card. Member Services will guide a child’s parent/guardian through the process.

You’ll need to have:

  • A letter of authority with the following information:
    • An attestation that the adult requesting access is the minor’s legal guardian
    • An attestation that the adult requesting access has the authority to open a MyHumana account on behalf of the minor
    • The child’s name, date of birth, and Humana ID
  • A copy of one of the documents from the following list:
    • Birth certificate
    • Divorce decree
    • Legal guardianship paperwork
    • Medical support order

Accessing MyHumana

Humana Healthy Horizons members can access MyHumana on the web by:

  • Going to
  • Selecting the “Sign In” button
  • Entering their username and password

Humana Healthy Horizons members can access MyHumana after downloading the mobile app on a mobile device by:

  • Opening the app on their mobile device
  • Entering their MyHumana username and password
  • Using one-touch sign-in

Once you have a MyHumana account, we encourage you to sign in every week or two, even if you aren’t looking for specific information, because we send messages to our enrollees through MyHumana.

Chatting with Member Services

Humana Healthy Horizons members can connect with Member Services through their MyHumana account. To chat with Member Services:

  • Sign in to your MyHumana account
  • Select the “Let’s chat” button
  • Select your Plan Name
  • Select the reason for your call (under the Category drop-down menu)
  • Enter the reason you want to chat in the space provided, if you want
    • This is optional
  • Select the “Start Chat” button

During periods of high volume, you may need to wait a few minutes to connect with us.
