Free transportation is available for members who need to fill a prescription or get medical supplies, equipment, or other pharmacy-related items after a doctor’s visit. To set up this type of transportation, call Customer Care at 800-787-3311 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Central time.
Your plan also covers non-emergency medical transportation. If you need a ride to a healthcare appointment that is not an emergency, call 855-253-6867 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central time.
For emergency transportation, call 911.
