Scheduling a ride:
To set up a ride with MediTrans:
- Call 1-844-613-1638, Monday – Friday, from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Schedule online opens in new window , also between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
If you have to cancel your ride, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Call 1-844-613-1638, Monday – Friday, from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. to ask “where’s my ride,” if your ride doesn’t show up, or to arrange urgent transportation.
Urgent transportation services
Urgent transportation refers to a request for transportation made by a healthcare provider for a medical service that does not warrant emergency transport but cannot be postponed.
