To update your account details, sign in to MyHumana and select “Account & settings" from My Profile.
If you purchased your health plan on the Health Insurance Marketplace or have insurance through your employer, you can update your address in MyHumana's Accounts & Settings section. Marketplace members also need to update addresses there, and if you have insurance through an employer, you should also contact your Human Resources department or benefits administrator with your new address.

With Individual & Family coverage, events such as having a baby, adopting a child, getting married or losing other coverage qualifies you for a Special Enrollment Period. Visit HealthCare.gov for complete eligibility criteria.
If you are a Medicare member, generally you cannot add others to your policy. There are very limited instances when a dependent can be added to your coverage via a companion plan. This only occurs for a few Group Medicare plans. Please call the number on the back of your Humana member ID card, and we'll be happy to help you.
If you have insurance through your employer, coverage changes depends on your employer's policies. Contact your Human Resources department or benefits administrator for more information.
