Beacon Health Options becomes Carelon Behavioral Health
On March 1, 2023, Beacon Health Options changed its name to Carelon Behavioral Health. Carelon provides behavioral health services to members in certain counties.

Don't forget to schedule your and/or your child's free yearly well-visit checkup. Call your doctors or call Customer Care at 1-800-477-6931 (TTY: 711) to schedule appointments today; and remember, these visits are at no cost to you!
Have you or your child had an eye exam this year? If not, we encourage you to schedule with an in-network eye doctor. A yearly eye exam is important to maintain good vision.
