Dental coverage for members 21 and older

To help reduce dental-related complications, our members 21 years and older can have 2 annual cleanings.

Find a dental provider

  • Select “Find a Dentist”
  • Enter your address, city, or ZIP code
  • Enter “Humana” in the search box
  • Select the network you’re looking for (e.g., adult, child, or ABD (aged, blind, and disabled)

Dental coverage for members 20 and younger

To stay healthy, children should see their dentist regularly from birth through age 20. Dental services are part of the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) services children with Humana Healthy Horizons® in Ohio coverage get. Healthchek is Ohio’s EPSDT program.

Information for new members

When you enroll (or are enrolled) in Humana Healthy Horizons in Ohio, please let us know immediately if you have healthcare services approved or scheduled, including:

  • Nonroutine dental services (e.g., braces)

Call us at 877-856-5702 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 8 p.m., Eastern time, to let us know about any dental services you have planned after your first day of coverage with us begins.
