Each month, we post key health information and education that we think may be important to you. Here’s what we want you to think about this month:

Don’t forget to schedule a well visit with your doctor – or with your child’s doctor. Call your doctor to set up a visit. If you have a well visit and register for Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons^®, you can earn rewards.

Have you or your child had an eye exam this year? If not, we encourage you to schedule an exam with an in-network eye doctor. A yearly eye exam is important to maintain good vision.

Effective July 1, 2024, the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) will implement a single, state-directed pharmacy benefit preferred drug list (PDL) for all providers enrolled in the Healthy Connections Medicaid program. Community Advisory Committee

Humana Healthy Horizons launched the market’s Community Advisory Committee (CAC) in 2022. The goal of the CAC is to provide a space for members and community partners to meet and provide us feedback on our services and quality initiatives. This partnership helps Humana improve the quality of care our members receive. We invite you to participate in our next virtual meeting.
