Each month, we post key health information and education that we think may be important to you. Here’s what we want you to think about this month:

Don’t forget to schedule a well visit with your doctor – or with your child’s doctor. Call your doctor to set up a visit. If you have a well visit and register for Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons™, you will earn $10 in rewards.

Have you or your child had an eye exam this year? If not, we encourage you to schedule an exam with an in-network eye doctor. A yearly eye exam is important to maintain good vision.

We are here to support you during public health emergencies or disasters. We partner with organizations and agencies in South Carolina to make sure our members have the support and resources they need, from access to healthy food to in-person and phone support from care managers.
