Our Member and Family Advisory council is a place for you and other members to share ideas, make recommendations, and provide advice to make change.

Who: Any Humana Healthy Horizons in Louisiana member and their families.
What: A chance to share your voice and ideas on your health plan
When: We meet only 4 times a year. Once every 3 months
Where: Join in person, virtually, or on your phone
Why: We want to hear from you!
