Taking care of yourself while you’re pregnant will help your baby have a healthy start. Through our HumanaBeginnings™ care management program, Humana Healthy Horizons in Ohio helps our pregnant members and new moms get the care they need, provides extra resources and services, and offers rewards for completing prenatal and postpartum checkups.
We can refer you to children’s programs in your local area that help prevent health problems and give early healthcare services to families with children ages 0 to 5. We also work with your primary care provider to help keep your children healthy.
